Reading ‘Frontier Follies: Adventures in Marriage and Motherhood in the Middle of Nowhere’ was like sitting around the kitchen table catching up with a good friend while your cheeks ache from laughing so much.

This memoir is funny, relatable and real. No matter if you’re a city dweller or country gal, her stories come from the heart and you truly feel a part of the ride.
As a long-time blog reader and fan of her recipes, this was an easy one-sit read for me. Ree beautifully weaves together her family life, her cooking and her career that leaves you wanting more after the last page.
This book fed my soul with its relatable tales, LOL moments and its overall uplifting spirit. AND…let’s not forget the mouth-watering recipes tucked between the pages!
