We all know that getting outside is good for us, but why? And how can we best connect with nature that makes it beneficial to each unique person?
Return to Nature by Emma Loewe, a writer and environmentalist tackle these questions by highlighting eight landscapes and discussing the science behind why they have such an impact on our thoughts and feelings.

It also highlights how anyone, whether in the country or city, can take advantage of whatever piece of nature they have around them. It’s not about having a lot of free time or finding the perfect spot that everyone is talking about, but rather what time and place are available to you- where you most feel at peace and can intentionally practice mindfulness. This practice, in turn, helps our mind, health and the planet.
I found this book fascinating while educational and features gorgeous illustrations throughout that really hit home the beauty of this world. This is a fantastic read for nature inquisitive kids, adults and families.
Thank you, Partner Bibliolifestyle & Harper One Books for the ARC and the opportunity to join this book tour. All thoughts and opinions are my own in this review.
